Best Price – Guaranteed
You will always receive the best price for your accommodation when you book direct.
We can guarantee this because direct bookings do not incur any commission or admin charges that are payable on all bookings received through 3rd party sites like Booking.com, Vrbo, Airbnb and Expedia.
Our 14 day free cancellation policy applies on direct bookings as it is on 3rd party bookings – this is because we advise 3rd parties of our Policy, not the other way round.

Low Occupancy Rates for up to 2 guests
As standard, we offer a 10% discount for up to 2 guests staying for 3 nights or more.
Free Early Check-In
All guests booking directly with us for 3 nights or more enjoy a complimentary early check in from 2pm rather than the standard 4pm (charged at £25 for non direct bookings). Early check-ins require to be booked 14 days prior to arrival, when your balance payment is due. In addition, we’ll provide a complimentary tea or coffee for you in your Lodge so you can pop the kettle on as soon as you arrive.
Free Late Check-Out
All guests booking directly with us for 3 nights or more also enjoy a complimentary late check out by noon, rather than our standard 10am (charged at £25 for non direct bookings). This stretches out your stay that bit longer. Late check-outs require to be booked 14 days prior to arrival, when your balance payment is due.
Bookings for 2 or more Lodges

Free Personalised Service
We appreciate that guest’s plans can change unexpectedly and that amendments to bookings are part and parcel of holidays. That’s why we offer a free, personalised service to guests who book directly with us. We will do our best to accommodate your changes which will always be done free of charge. The standard charge payable by guests who don’t book directly with us is £25 per change.
Returning guests always receive a 10% discount off the full price of their accommodation when staying for 3 nights or more.

Gift Vouchers can be purchased direct for any full price stay. As our Christmas ‘gift’ to you, we are offering these at a 10% discount until 30th September 2023. Stayed with us before? – then you are automatically entitled to a 10% Loyalty Discount on your next visit for 3 nights or more.
